Liam, who plays as a central defender, Liam captains his club side Cosheston Strikers and is also a key figure in his school side, having been described as “dependable at the back”. He attended the trial at Llandarcy Academy in August and impressed his coach enough to secure a trial with Swansea Development.

Speaking about Liam’s trial with Swansea, his mother, Sam, said: “Liam is excited about his trial with Swansea and has settled in well in his first week. It's a rolling trial so if he continues to impress each week hopefully he'll keep being invited back."
