Aldo started playing football at 6-years-old, when he lived in Portugal, and played for several local clubs before moving to England in 2014 - he now plays for Droitwich Spa. Scouts took interest in Aldo at our trial in West London earlier this year after he displayed pace, skill and an end product on his trial. 

Manchester City:

Aldo had the chance, along with another player who was scouted form the same trial, to train with both Cheltenham Town (who have invited him back) and again with Manchester City's Development squad at their new £200m training ground. "I enjoyed it a lot and it was a dream to be part of Manchester City's Academy. It was a fantastic experience, not only for me but my family too." 

Training Routine: 

Aldo trains at the gym twice per week working on different areas and has football training on Monday's and Wednesday's with Droitwich FC. On Friday's he plays at Westbury Futsal and every weekend Aldo trains in the park with his cousin to improve his fitness.

UKFT Experience:
