When asked why Kingsley came to UK Football Trials and Kingsley’s family told us “We came to UK Football Trials as never seemed to get scouted at matches and felt he was a good player.  Good athletic abilities and we always had positive comments from parents, coaches and other team players saying how good he was, yet never got any scouts watching him.” 

We asked how they found the experience as a whole and they said ”The trial at UK Football Trials was really good.  He enjoyed the training and small match set up.  The other kids were all good players and having a good number of scouts watching gave him the encouragement to play well.   
We had been to a trial before with similar set up but not as many scouts were there.  
We were scouted by Blackpool but they didn’t bother to get in touch afterwards.” 

They added “Our experience at UK Football Trials has helped Kingsley to focus on the points he needed to improve and he’s been practicing this at his matches.    He has definitely gained in confidence and his ability has grown also.” 

When we asked what advice they would give to other players they said “I have told lots of our friends and football players at the clubs to go to UK Football Trials.  Kingsley loves going and I think it really helps to get his name and face known for future interest and we have had good results from various clubs including a trial at Burnley.    
Kingsley loves meeting all the new players at the trials and he finds it exciting and a great experience overall.  We will definitely continue to attend trials.”
