What is your football history – i.e. who you played for, any notable achievements (if you have any pictures/ short videos etc that would be great)?

Played Grassroots football from age 9, played for many Grass roots teams such as Stockton Town, Newcastle City juniors, boro rangers and Chester Lee Street United. Representing district and county. Travelled around the UK and playing in the Irish super cup also.

What was the reason why you think you weren’t getting an opportunity and decided to come to a UK Football Trials Event?

I know I am capable of playing at a high level, however I believe that I need to show my ability over longer spells in the game, having a bigger impact over 90 minutes. At the moment I impact the game in shorter spells, so I recognize that for me to move higher I need to do that for longer and more consistently.

What was your club trial/training like, how did you find the level and the whole experience?

Club training is really positive we work on game based situations so we have the best opportunity of getting a good result when we play. Training is really enjoyable and a great way of team building and good chemistry between the players.

Has the experience changed your mindset or training away from the club?

Experiencing UK football trials was a great experience for me to show my ability infront of scouts which is really important to become a professional.

What advice would you give to other players who think they have the talent but need an opportunity to get scouted?

UK football trails is an amazing way to showcase their ability infront of professional coaches who want to coach and bring the best out of you which from my experience I felt I had and was really comfortable during the experience.
