22 year old striker Jay is an outstanding physical athlete - standing at 6 foot 5 and 14 stone, he is strong, quick, agile and powerful causing problems to the strongest of defenders. At our London trials he showed an excellent all round game which secured his immediate selection.
Jay said "I was top scorer at every amateur club played for. Played semi-pro for Haverfordwest in the Welsh League then decided to move to London to further my working career as a personal trainer. I have peaked my fitness levels and want to apply this to my football - I miss the game and I am eager to play again regularly."
