When UK Football Trials informed Andre that he had been scouted, he was filled with excitement and pride. "I was thrilled and proud that many important clubs saw me playing and appreciated my work and dedication," Andre said. It has always been his dream to play for a top academy in England, and he remains committed to working hard to improve his technique and skills to make that dream a reality.

Although Andre has yet to receive an official invitation for a club trial due to his residency in Romania, he has expressed his willingness to move to England to study and join a football academy. "I hope to receive soon an invitation for an academy club trial. For the moment, it was not possible because I am not an England resident," Andre explained. Nevertheless, he remains hopeful and motivated to pursue his goal.

Reflecting on his UK Football Trials experience, Andre found it to be a truly unique and valuable opportunity. "UK trial was a great experience, never before lived something similar. It was a very complex program, and I liked meeting so many players from different countries, to train and play together," he shared. Andre also appreciated the coaches' approach, stating, "The coaches were very nice and shared all their experiences very clearly and transparently with us." A highlight of his trial experience was receiving the "Player's Player" trophy, a special recognition from his fellow trialists.

When asked about the level of play at the trial, Andre confirmed that the standards were high and that all the players demonstrated strong individual and team qualities. "Yes, all the players showed great individual but also team qualities," he said.

Andre decided to attend UK Football Trials as he saw it as an invaluable opportunity to test his skills and gain insight into areas for improvement. He was also eager to learn from top coaches and receive feedback from scouts of prestigious academies. "There is a great chance to test your level of training, to find out where or what you need to improve, but it is also an opportunity to learn from the best coaches. Meeting scouts from such great academies, who can share feedback about your performance, is also something not to miss," Andre explained.

Andre enthusiastically recommends UK Football Trials to other aspiring footballers. "For sure, I highly recommend it to all passionate players who want to have a great experience and learn from the best," he said.

Although Andre's residency in Romania currently poses a challenge to joining an English academy, he remains in touch with the six clubs (Fulham, Leyton Orient, Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham United, and Tottenham) that expressed interest in him. "Yes, all six clubs shared their interest in joining their Elite Development Academy. But when they found out that I am not a resident in England, they said that it is not possible for the moment," Andre mentioned. Despite this, Andre remains optimistic and hopes to receive an opportunity to join a trial in their academies during the autumn season.
