Quinn’s football journey with Dartford FC provided him with a solid foundation, where he developed his skills and passion for the game. However, Quinn knew that to reach his full potential, he needed to showcase his talent to a wider audience, which is what motivated him to attend UK Football Trials. 

Once Quinn was scouted during the trials, he received an exciting email from Darren Mace the club scout representing Sevenoaks Town, inviting him to attend their upcoming trial. Quinn recalls the moment with enthusiasm, knowing this could be the step forward he was seeking. "The club scout for Sevenoaks Town emailed us with the trial date they were hosting," Quinn shared, reflecting on the opportunity that awaited him. 

The trial itself was an intense experience, with over 30 trialists attending on both days. Despite the competition, Quinn remained focused and determined to make his mark. The coaching staff at Sevenoaks Town played a crucial role in this process, providing positive feedback and encouragement throughout. "The coaching staff at Sevenoaks Town were great with positive feedback and very encouraging throughout the trial," Quinn noted, appreciating the supportive environment. 

The trials were not just about securing a spot on the team; they also boosted Quinn’s confidence and determination. "It gave Quinn the confidence to want to get into a good team," Quinn’s guardian mentioned, highlighting one of the key takeaways from the experience. The high standard of players at the trial also pushed Quinn to perform at his best, which he embraced with enthusiasm. 

Quinn’s decision to attend UK Football Trials was driven by his desire to gain more exposure and be seen by scouts from various levels of the football league system. The trials provided him with the perfect platform to do just that. When asked if he would recommend UK Football Trials to others, Quinn’s response was clear: "Yes, as there are football scouts in attendance from all levels of the football leagues with far more opportunities to be seen." 

Following the trial, Quinn was offered a place on the Sevenoaks Town team, a decision that was made easy by the positive experience he had during the trial. The feedback from the club was instrumental in helping Quinn feel confident in his choice. "Sevenoaks Town were great with the feedback and made the process of joining them an easy decision," he reflected.
