Isam's football journey began in grassroots football, where he developed his foundational skills and passion for the game. His commitment to improving as a player led him to join the West Ham Development Centre, where he spent the last five months honing his craft. This experience laid the groundwork for the next big step in his career. 

After attending a UK Football Trials event, Isam was thrilled to learn that he had been scouted by Luton Town. "I was contacted by Lee from Luton Town who advised me I would be brought in for a trial," Isam shared. Following this exciting news, he received the necessary documentation and began his 8-week trial at Luton Town FC just two weeks later. 

Isam's trial at Luton Town began in the first week of July, but it was briefly paused until the 10th of August due to a break. Now entering his 4th week of training with the Luton Academy, Isam trains four times a week and has another four weeks to go. He is thriving in the team's family atmosphere and is loving every moment of it. 

"I am continuing to learn the intensity and consistency required to train at this level, along with refining my technique as a keeper," he noted. The trial has already proven to be a valuable learning opportunity, allowing him to grow and develop in a high-performance environment. 

Isam's decision to attend UK Football Trials was driven by his previous positive experience. "Having come before and been approached by Wimbledon, I thought I would try it again," he explained. His belief in the process was well-founded, as it has once again opened doors to new opportunities. 

When asked if he would recommend UK Football Trials to other players, Isam's response was clear: "Yes, because there is a big chance of being scouted if you’re good enough." His story is a testament to the opportunities that UK Football Trials can provide for aspiring players. 

As Isam continues his trial with Luton Town, he remains focused and determined. The club has been providing feedback throughout the process, and he is currently awaiting his 4-week review.
