Arian – 12 Years Old – Scouted by Chelsea, Brentford & Charlton Athletic
At just 12 years old, Arian has already built an exciting football journey that spans across continents. A left-footed winger capable of playing on both flanks, Arian is known for his pace, creativity, and strong 1v1 ability — traits that have already caught the attention of some of the biggest clubs in England, including Chelsea, Brentford, and Charlton Athletic.

Arian’s football story began in Malaysia, where he trained with elite academies and often played above his age group. His natural flair and determination made him stand out, and he quickly gained experience competing in both national and international tournaments. These early years were key to his development, shaping him into a technically sharp and adaptable player who thrives under pressure.

His performances in Malaysia and then in the UK did not go unnoticed. During his time at UK Football Trials, scouts from Chelsea and Brentford expressed interest in him, recognising his potential to grow further within a professional academy environment. “Clubs contacted me but because I am currently on a trial with QPR, they are waiting for me to complete my trials with QPR,” Arian explained.

The trial with QPR Academy came about separately, through a summer camp with the club, but has provided Arian with another valuable opportunity to test himself against top players in a professional setup. While his UK Football Trials experience put him in front of multiple clubs, QPR’s invitation has allowed him to experience life inside an academy environment on a more regular basis. For Arian, it is all part of the bigger picture — taking every chance to learn, improve, and continue progressing.

Reflecting on what he learned from attending UK Football Trials, Arian said: “I learned how competitive UK football is. I learned what counts and what professional clubs are looking for.” That understanding is vital for any young player — knowing that it’s not just about ability, but also about mentality, consistency, and how you apply yourself in every moment on the pitch.

His best moment so far? Arian points to his five-day camp experience, which resulted in him being scouted by Charlton Athletic. “Seeing myself as a high-quality player that is recognised by pro club scouts” was a huge confidence boost, and it confirmed to him that his hard work was paying off.

When asked why he would recommend UK Football Trials to other players, his answer is clear: “Absolutely. It’s good opportunities for serious players to be seen and remembered in the UK football industry from a young age.”

For now, Arian’s journey is still unfolding. He is currently completing his trial with QPR, while Chelsea and Brentford are waiting to schedule their own opportunities with him once this process is finished. It is a unique position for a player his age, and it speaks volumes about both his ability and his potential.

With his dedication, adaptability, and the attention of some of the country’s biggest clubs, the future looks bright for Arian. Whether it’s Chelsea, Brentford, Charlton, or QPR, one thing is certain: he is a name to watch closely in the coming years.
