At just 14 years old, Ousman is already establishing himself as one of the most exciting young attacking players in his age group. His performances at UK Football Trials led to him being spotted by five professional clubs in a single day, a reflection of both his ability and his mindset. 

Ousman’s footballing profile is defined by consistency and intensity. His greatest weapon is his speed on the ball. He is regularly the fastest player on the pitch, using sharp acceleration and agility to leave defenders behind. This pace, combined with discipline and commitment, has fuelled his rise through grassroots football and helped him stand out in competitive environments.

When asked about his mindset heading into the trials, Ousman was clear about his motivation. 

“I was focused only on one goal, which was to be signed. Football is everything for me. It’s more than just a game. Football is like a source of breath to me. If I don’t do it, I don’t breathe.” 

That hunger translated directly onto the pitch. During his club trial experience, Ousman immediately felt comfortable and confident in the environment. 

“It was just sensational,” he explained. “The coaching, the scouting director at the club, and the players welcomed me. I felt at home from day one of the trial.” 

One of the biggest lessons he took from the UK Football Trials experience was understanding the importance of effort and focus at all times. 

“I learned that you have to give all your best. You never know who’s watching.” 

That mindset paid off. His standout moment came when he realised the level of attention he was attracting on the day. 

“The moment coaches were gravitating towards me was special, because that day I was spotted by five clubs.” 

Ousman chose to attend UK Football Trials because he believed in the platform and what it offered. 

“I came because I know it’s the biggest trials platform,” he said. And when asked whether he would recommend it to others, his answer was emphatic: 

“Absolutely, because it simply is the best.” 

Following feedback from scouts and coaches, Ousman received strong praise for multiple aspects of his game. Clubs highlighted his discipline both on and off the pitch, his effectiveness in 1v1 situations, his use of space, and his overall football intelligence — qualities that separate promising players from truly high-potential ones. 

With elite clubs already tracking his development, Ousman’s journey is only just beginning.
