Jacob Shield - Aged 15 - Trial With Accrington Stanley
A physical 15-year-old central attacking midfielder who was scouted at our Manchester football trial by Accrington Stanley FC. His best attributes are his power and pace, although he demonstrates the capability to beat a man and is good on either foot.
He has training sessions and matches with Liverpool Schoolboys, his school side, Cardinal Heenan and a local Sunday League side. Jacob spends his time playing football and working on his fitness to keep in shape. Over the last year he has had trials with Premier League sides Stoke City and current champions Manchester City.

It’s always nice to hear things about your game from professionals who know what they’re talking about, as opposed to your parents!”
