Alusaiin – 10 Years Old – Striker | Scouted by Sheffield Wednesday & Rotherham United 

At just 10 years old, Alusaiin is already beginning to make his mark, earning recognition from professional clubs after impressing at UK Football Trials. A striker with energy, movement, and a willingness to learn, his journey is only just getting started — but the early signs are very promising. 

Alusaiin’s love for football began at a young age, where he developed his skills through school teams and local clubs. These early years helped him build confidence on the ball and an understanding of the game, setting the foundation for his development as an attacking player. 

Wanting to challenge himself further, Alusaiin attended a UK Football Trials event in Sheffield at St George’s Park (Thorncliffe). The experience gave him the opportunity to step into a higher-level environment and test himself against other talented players. 

“I came to the UK football trial to challenge myself and experience a higher level of football,” he explained. “I wanted to test my abilities, learn from coaches, and improve my skills as a striker.” 

During the sessions, Alusaiin showed good movement, awareness, and a positive attitude, which caught the attention of scouts in attendance. His performances led to him being scouted by both Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham United, a strong achievement at such a young age. 

Reflecting on the moment, he said simply: 

“I really feel happy.” 

One of his standout moments from the day came during the match play, where he demonstrated his attacking instinct and teamwork. 

“The best moment for me was when I made a strong run into space and created a scoring chance for my teammate.” 

Experiences like this highlight not only his ability going forward but also his understanding of movement and decision-making in attacking situations — key qualities for a striker. 

Alusaiin also took valuable lessons away from the trial environment. 

“The UK football trial helped me understand the intensity and standard required to compete at a high level,” he said. 

He is currently awaiting a trial with Sheffield Wednesday, with further opportunities potentially to follow. For now, his focus remains on continuing to train, improve, and be ready when the next step comes. 

When asked if he would recommend UK Football Trials to other players, his answer was clear: 

“Yes, because it gives players the chance to challenge themselves, improve their skills, and experience a higher level of football.” 

At just 10 years old, Alusaiin has already shown the right mindset — eager to learn, willing to challenge himself, and confident in his ability to grow. 

With interest from professional clubs and a trial opportunity on the horizon, his journey is just beginning — and it’s one to watch closely.
