Jay, who was spotted by scouts at our Swansea trial in February, possesses great speed for a central midfielder, as well as an obvious determination to win and an excellent reading of the game. He has previously had trials for Everdale, a semi-professional Welsh side, and Championship club Cardiff City.

Jay's dad, Gary: "We attended two trials with UKFootball Trials and we definitely found that after going away and taking in the feedback from the first one, he was able to come back and make an impression on the scouts. He got on well with the coaches who were really friendly and overall we had a great time."
