Zac Smith - Aged 14 - Signed For Gillingham
Zac is a young centre back who displayed brilliant strength and pace on his trial and impressed a number of scouts, receiving interest from three clubs as a result. He played his first game for Gillingham Under-15s against MK Dons this weekend.
Training twice a week with his current club, running twice a week and a conditioning pull up routine every night, Zac is proof that hard work and dedication pays off.
