Jermaine Bell, Aged 19, International Call Up
Amazing news today for UK Football Trials player Jermaine Bell as he is called up to represent the national team of Montserrat! Jermaine a 19 year old stands at 5 foot 7, has excellent core strength, with an incredible versatility to play full back, centre mid and or right/left midfield! He is extremely agile, quick, technically gifted both footed for shooting and short and long range passing and he has quick feet to beat players.
"I train 4 times a week with 1 hard fitness day, 1 gym strength and conditioning day, and the other two days technical ball work and SAQ work - My diet was hard to get right at first but it's benefited me a lot from eating well out of habit. I was invited to a trial for the national trial and I came second in the fitness section and was told I stood out when we did the ball work. After a successful trial I was selected to join the national team for my first two caps for our two qualifying games in Montserrat - I fly out on Sunday!

"Having attended the UK Football Trials in London I want to thank you for the professionalism and all of the advice I was given after the trial on how to improve my game. Thank you for the training I received and the confidence you gave me.
