Excellent Start To The February Trials
It's been a superb start to our first football trials of 2016! So far we have had more than 20 scouts attend the first two days of trials at the sell out football trials in Manchester and Leeds. With players aged from 10-28 competing to catch the eyes of the scouts and UEFA qualified coaching team, we have seen more than 1 in 10 players scouted from the first two days of football trials. We spoke to UK Football Trials Director Harry Price at their hotel in Birmingham ahead of the Midlands trial tomorrow: "It's been a great start. We've seen two players aged 18 and 20 years old already invited into pro clubs for U21 football trials next week and 18 players scouted from the first two days. It's been freezing cold but the attitude and enthusiasm and energy shown from the players and the watching parents has been great. Our team are in really excited now to see the talent on show in Birmingham, Essex and West London over the next few days - but it's been a very positive start. From all our operations team - it's a huge well done to everyone that has attended."
