35 Players Scouted at Christmas Trials

An incredible 35 players have earned an early Christmas present after being scouted by clubs at our December trials in Manchester and London.

On December 18th, 19th and 20th, our team held football trials for more than 300 players at Hyde United FC in Manchester and QPR's Training Ground in West London, with amazing results.

Scouts from the Premier League through to Semi-Pro level braved the elements and were thoroughly rewarded with a huge pool of talent to pick from.

With an average of more than 1 in 10 players being scouted from this trial set, the latest 35 players bring the total for 2016 up to an outstanding 427 scouted players.

Harry Price, UK Football Trials Director, said: "We are delighted with how our December trials went and would like to give credit to all of the scouts, coaches, parents and especially players who made the experience such a great one.

"We are proud that we were able to give more than 300 players the opportunity to change their lives and for 35 of them, that's exactly what could happen. We're going to contact all of the players today and explain their situations, but it's in the hands of them and the clubs moving forward now as to what happens next."

Harry added: "The effort and attitude we saw from all of our players in 2016 has been superb and I personally hope that we have managed to help everyone we saw over the course of year improve in one way or another and of course we'd love to see old faces if anyone wants to come back in 2017."

All players from the December trials will be contacted by 8pm on Wednesday 21st December via email or phonecall. If you haven't heard anything please email the office at info@ukfootballtrials.com.

Please note the office will be closed for Christmas from this evening until early January.
