Cambridge United Trial for 15-year-old Hooper
15-year-old Tom Hooper attended our trials back in December when he caught the eye of League 2 side, Cambridge United.
The centre-midfielder was asked to go for a trial with the club along with 21 other players, all on trial for spaces in the club's academy squad. Fortunately, Tom performed well and has been asked to come back to the Academy for a second trial.
We wish Tom the very best of luck for his second trial in March.
Simon, Tom's father was that happy with the result of Tom's trial and impressed by the large array of scouts at our London event, that he has booked young Tom back on for another trial in April, hoping that with his experience at Cambridge United now under his belt, other clubs may be interested in what the midfield maestro has to offer!
