2019 Round Up
UK Football Trials experienced an amazing year in 2019. From setting new records, bringing on board new staff members and expanding our overseas locations, last year will for sure be a hard one to top!
Firstly we would like to thank you, the players who attended our events, as you are the ones who make all of this possible.
2019 saw us break previous records of the number of players seen in a calendar year, the amount of players offered trials with clubs and lastly, how many players have gone on to sign for their respective clubs.
Since January 2019, 734 players were scouted, with 297 so far being offered trials with clubs and 36 players going on to officially sign. As well as this, we still have players waiting to hear back from clubs after the Christmas period!
The UK Football Trials team also made a return to Australia and USA in 2019 to host football (or soccer) camps, as well as expanding their locations, travelling to Dubai for the first time to host an incredible four day training and trial camp which we all agreed was a huge success!
Other great things to come from an outstanding year are the arrival of new staff members. UK Football Trials welcomed on board a new Bookings Manager Terry Boland, a new Head of Digital in Callum James and Tom Rudd was promoted from Operations Manager to Operations Director.
Whilst 2019 was truly incredible, everyone here at UK Football Trials will be continuing to work extremely hard to make sure 2020 is no different.
