Are football trials hard?
What do we
mean by the word ‘Hard?’
Is it hard
to sign up for a trial? No, it is not.
If you go to our website, it is very simple to register with just a very few
basic bits of information, like name and date of birth and a mobile and email
address to help us contact you. Once you have registered, you can sign up for a
trial at a place, date and time of your choice. We run sets of trials at least
6 times a year in a variety of location throughout the UK.
Is it hard
to attend a trial? No, it is not. You
will be given extremely detailed information about where the trial is to take
place, and when to arrive and how long it will take. We will also let you know
the kit you need to bring, and what to expect at the trial.
Is it hard
work physically and mentally? Yes, it is. The trials usually last for 3 hours,
and this demands real physical effort and concentration if you are to showcase
your talents and to impress the watching scouts. It takes a lot out of you to
concentrate and give 100% physically and mentally as you do your very best to
impress the 12-15 watching scouts.
