How can I get scouted in football?
This gives

players, especially those from overseas, come to a trial event in more than one
location, and so get seen by scouts from a variety of clubs. This obviously
increases the chances of being seen by a scout who is looking for a player of a
particular age with a particular set of attributes. For instance, the club
might be looking for a big strong defensive centre back aged 12-14 to bolster
their academy’s defence.

they are outstanding, players do get scouted from grass roots and school
