UK Football Trials Awarded "Gold Trusted Merchant" Rating
UK FOOTBALL Trials has been accredited with an award recognising its great customer service. The "Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation," recognises the excellence in customer service that UK Football Trials (UKFT) has provided throughout 2014.
The figures on Feefo, a TV featured independent feedback company, show that UKFT holds a 95 percent excellent or good rating when reviewed by customers. Andrew Mabbutt, Feefo CEO, said: “This accreditation is to highlight those merchants that have consistently delivered great customer service. The accreditation is awarded based on the feedback received directly from your customers; making this an award the whole team should be proud of. Congratulations for all the hard work put in throughout 2014.” Harry Price, UK Football Trials Director, said “Everyone here at UK Football Trials is delighted to receive this accreditation, we pride ourselves on our great customer service and delivery of world renowned football trials.
