Rob Black, Aged 15, Trials With Birmingham City and Chesterfield
Robert Black has had a successful trial with Birmingham City and is set for a return for further assessment, as well as trials at Chesterfield. Spotted by UK Football Trials Head of Player Placement Tony Awor and the Birmingham City Scout on the day, Rob was selected for his ability off both feet, superb vision and ability to run at players from Midfield and beat players, combined with being a playmaker and releasing superbly timed passes. Rob has played at Academy level all his football life so is no stranger to trials and competition.
His best position is Left and centre midfield where he can enjoy the ball at his feet and contribute to the team that plays this way.
