Sucjee Lee, Aged 11, Trial With Manchester City & Interest From 3 Other premier League Clubs
We are delighted to announce that a UK Football Trials player is currently on trial with the Premier League Champions after attending our events in February. Sucje Lee, 11, flew over from South Korea to take part in four of our trials last week, following the team from London, to Birmingham and on to Manchester.
The attacking midfield impressed scouts throughout the week and his details were requested by six clubs, four of whom play in the Premier League. Talking about his experience with UK Football Trials, Sujce said: “It was a great opportunity. I learnt a lot about myself because of this trial and gained confidence to be a big player on the pitch. "As long as you are ready and you deserve too, you will get what you desire. UK Football Trials provides not just a trial but also lessons in training, eating and studying.” He added: “I would recommend anyone to take a chance through UKFT."
Harry Price, UK Footballs Director, spoke of his delight and Sucje's success. “It’s great to see a young player receive interest from so many teams as a result of our trials – especially one as prestigious as the current Champions of England,” he said. “He is only one of 17 players to be spotted by Premier League clubs in this trial week, so hopefully we can push on from here and keep producing players for teams not only in the top league, but all across professional and semi pro football as well.”
